Who we are
Hydro Innov designs and installs water treatment, solar, and HVAC systems for homes and businesses. Our website is operated from Poland and serves customers internationally.

What we collect
We collect only the data you give us directly, plus standard server logs:
- Order and consultation forms: name, email, phone number, postal address, electric bill (numeric), and roof size (numeric). You provide these when you submit a request through our website.
- Server logs: IP address, user agent, and request URL — kept for 30 days for security and reliability monitoring.
- Email correspondence: the contents of any email you send to us.
We do not use third-party analytics that profile you across sites. We do not sell or rent your personal data.
Why we collect it
- To respond to your order or consultation request.
- To send you a confirmation email and one follow-up from a member of our team.
- To detect and prevent abuse of our website.

Who we share it with
We share your data only with service providers that help us deliver what you asked for:
- Cloudinary — hosting of product images and videos shown on this site.
- Resend — sending order and consultation confirmation emails.
- Google Maps — address autocomplete on order forms (your typed address text is sent to Google to retrieve suggestions).
- Hostinger — our database and email hosting provider.
We never share your data for marketing purposes.
Your rights
Under EU GDPR you can ask us to:
- Show you what data we hold about you.
- Correct anything that’s wrong.
- Delete your data (subject to tax-retention obligations).
- Stop processing it for any specific purpose.

Cookies
We use a minimal set of strictly necessary cookies for the language preference and session handling. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Changes
