By using this website or submitting an order or consultation request, you accept these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Who we are

Hydro Innov is a Polish company offering water treatment, solar, and HVAC systems and related installation services. Contact: magda@hydroinnov.com.

Use of the site

You may browse and submit forms for your own legitimate business or personal interest. You may not:

• Use the site to send spam, attempt to break in, or interfere with its operation.
• Scrape product data or images for commercial republication.
• Misrepresent your identity when placing an order or consultation request.

Orders and consultations

A submitted form is a request for a quote, not a binding sale. A binding contract is formed only after we confirm scope, price, and timeline in writing (typically by email reply or a separate signed quote).

We may decline any request without giving a reason, and we may verify the information you provide before issuing a quote.

Pricing and payment

Pricing depends on site conditions, system specification, and installation requirements. All prices in our quotes are net of VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment terms are set out in the quote.

Warranties

Equipment is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty as listed on the quote. In addition, we provide a written 10-year warranty covering both the hardware we install and our installation workmanship, with free inspections in years 1, 3, and 5. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, third-party modification, or environmental events outside normal operating conditions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of this website or our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Polish law.

Intellectual property

The site, its text, design, and the Hydro Innov name and logo are owned by Hydro Innov or our licensors. You may not reproduce them without written permission, except for normal viewing in a web browser.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Poland. Disputes will be resolved by the courts of the seat of Hydro Innov.

Changes

We may update these terms; the “Updated” date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
